56th Scholar Award Dinner 2023

Isaac Mekaru is an outstanding 2023 graduate of Forest Hills Northern High School.

Isaac has excelled beyond academics. He has proven to be determined and dedicated to not only his academic studies but also to sports and volunteer programs benefiting his community and classmates.

He has shown leadership on the Science Olympiad Team and the Marching Band. He is also active in Club Soccer and Fall Rowing, as well as the National Honors Society. He participated in the community volunteer projects Go Orange and Kids Food Basket.

In his junior year Isaac received the AP Scholar with Distinction Award, the Gold Award for Academic Excellence and was a National Merit Scholarship Finalist.

The Roger B. Chaffee Scholarship Fund is extremely proud to have Isaac Mekaru as its 56th Scholar.
